Global star The Kid LAROI has teamed up with Quavo on a new single “Slow It Down.”
“Slow It Down” draws inspiration from Juvenile‘s 2003 hit “Slow Motion,” reinterpreted through LAROI’s melodic delivery and Quavo’s signature flow. “You’re moving too fast, I’m trying to make it last,” the dual singers croon.
“Slow It Down” marks the first collaboration between the two stars. The release follows a teaser from their recent studio session and coincides with LAROI’s headlining “The First Time” Australian tour, which kicked off in Gold Coast.
“Slow It Down” follows The Kid LAROI’s recent singles, “Aperol Spritz” and “Baby I’m Back (Remix),” which featured Gunna. The musician’s debut studio album, The First Time, arrived last year, and he has recently been teasing its follow-up.
