Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in New York in 2005 during auditions.
The plaintiff, named John Doe in the suit, claims that Combs asked to meet with him alone after a consultant arranged for an audition. The boy claims he was given a drink by a person present in the room.
The lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York reads, “After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes'”.
The suit says that Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the boy to “kiss it,” and when the kid resisted, he forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.
The accuser claimed that he “froze in terror” because of this and lost consciousness shortly afterwards. He allegedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks and his pants were undone when he woke up.
According to the lawsuit, the boy’s parents “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.” The accuser claimed in the lawsuit that he suffers from severe depression and anxiety that stems from the alleged interaction.
Combs’ attorneys denied the accusations and criticized the plaintiff’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” they said. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”
