Paul Heyman stunned the WWE Universe with his new storyline after betraying both Roman Reigns and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41 to align with Seth Rollins and help him win the Triple Threat Match.
In addition, on RAW after ‘Mania, he helped Rollins survive a Reigns and Punk assault by bringing in the former Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, creating a powerful action.
The Wiseman has received backlash from WWE fans for his recent actions, but a WWE legend had nothing but high praise for the Hall of Famer.
Jimmy Hart Calls Paul Heyman ‘His Favorite Manager’
Over the years, Heyman has received high praise from reigning superstars and legends for the work he has done in WWE, and before that, in WCW. In that same vein, WWE legend Jimmy Hart explained why The Wiseman is ‘magic’ and why he is ‘his favorite manager.’
“It’s Paul Heyman. He’s my favorite, and he’s been doing this at such a high level for so long. What he’s doing now is the best stuff in wrestling. He’s putting food on the table for a lot of people in WWE… Paul Heyman, he’s magic. He makes every part of what he’s doing so meaningful,” Hart said in an interview with The Undisputed.
Heyman did a great job as Brock Lesnar’s manager for years and also thrived as The Wiseman beside Reigns since August 2020.
It remains to be seen how his alliance with the top two superstars, Rollins and Breakker, will shape up.
Seth Rollins Opens Up on Being a Paul Heyman Guy
Seth Rollins became the new “Paul Heyman Guy” at WrestleMania 41 and Breakker’s addition to the mix has just created a dominant faction.
The Visionary was a guest on “The Rich Eisen Show” and addressed his decision to become a “Heyman Guy”, calling it a ‘business relationship’.
“This is a business relationship and that’s the beauty of it. I don’t want to get too deep into it, but you got the two greatest minds in the history of our industry coming together to create and push forward for the future of our industry.
“Paul Heyman is dedicated to this industry. He will always do what is best for business and so will I. So I think that is a nice arrangement,” Rollins said.
The question now is what is next for the faction, as Punk and Reigns are still out for revenge, and the same will happen with Sami Zayn, who got a brutal beatdown from Rollins and Breakker this past Monday on RAW.
