Canadian-born, Brooklyn-based singer, songwriter, and musician Miranda Joan (@mirandajoanmusic) recently collaborated with fellow New York vocalist Dre Scot (@iamdrescot) on a new ‘Family Style’ version of “Bada Bing!,” titled “Bada Bing! feat. Dre Scot (Live at the Dinner Table).”
Miranda Joan – “Bada Bing! feat. Dre Scot (Live at the Dinner Table)”

“Bada Bing! (Live at the Dinner Table)” features vocals from Inés Nassara, Johnny Del Toro, and Kyana Fanene – who is appearing on the current series of American Idol. The video was filmed by Gigi Nettles (who directed the original music video).
In her own words, Miranda Joan explains, “‘Bada Bing! Live at the Dinner Table’ was a chance to merge my two favorite things on this earth: Friends and Pasta. Dre is one of my favorite voices and human beings. Pasta is my favorite food. I made a red sauce, invited over my friends, and we cooked up this live rendition for you. It was silly, delicious, and fun. It was the kind of day that makes life great, and I am endlessly grateful for every face you see in this video and the hands that helped make it possible. As my Gramma says, low and slow and a lot of love is the key to a good sauce. I think love is the key to a good song, and there’s a lot of it in this one. I hope it sounds as good as the sauce tasted.”
Miranda Joan – “Bada Bing!” ft CARRTOONS (Music Video)

Named after The Sopranos’ iconic strip club headquarters, Miranda playfully leans into her Italian heritage and explores the flirtatious Bada Bing! fireworks moment when you meet someone new. The song is a nod to the explosive side of colliding with someone, and the satisfying taste of simmering down to enjoy it fully. The original track featured producer and bass extraordinaire CARRTOONS, taken from the “Overstimulated” LP, available on ‘marinara red’ limited 200 press vinyl.
Dre Scot – “Feelings” (Live)

Dre Scot was a two-time American Idol finalist before being discovered by Russell Wilson and signing to Ciara’s record label. The live performance video of his track “Feelings” featured Miranda Joan on backing vocals and rapidly went viral last year. Dre recently headed to Coachella, providing backing vocals for Benson Boone.
