Kelly Clarkson is commemorating the milestone of 1000 episodes of her beloved daytime talk show, extending her gratitude to fans for the support they’ve provided throughout the last five years of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
“Our show initially aired on September 9, 2019, thanks to some wonderful friends,” she remarked at the start of the episode. “In the ensuing five and a half years, we have produced 999 episodes. It’s astonishing to think we are now celebrating the 1000th. We have encountered remarkable talents, numerous prominent celebrities, and motivational everyday champions. We have formed a community and rallied around each other during many highs and lows — significant personal ups and downs as well. We navigated a pandemic side by side. We’ve sent our audience to London, to Australia, and through the NBC gift shop located right here at 30 Rock.”
She went on, “Over 1000 episodes, we’ve shared laughter, tears through touching stories, sang along with incredible people, danced, celebrated, and competed together. I have faced many losses — and it’s perfectly fine — and throughout this journey, we have drawn strength from each other. Reflecting on everything, we can all take immense pride in what we’ve created and what we have built together.”
