Conor McGregor’s social media presence has taken another hit following the fallout from his recent civil case.
Last month, a civil court ordered McGregor to pay Nikita Hand nearly over $250,000 in damages after she claimed he raped and choked her in a Dublin hotel in 2018.
Since the verdict, the MMA star’s follower count has been on the decline, with the Irish Mirror reporting continued losses. BoomSocial figures show that McGregor has lost an additional 32,000 Instagram followers since last Friday, bringing his total down to about 47.3 million, a loss of over 91,000 in the past month.
The former two-weight UFC Champion is also facing setbacks in his business ventures, as Musgraves has ceased sales of alcoholic brands linked to the 34-year-old.
Nationwide operators, including SuperValu, Centra, Daybreak, and Mace, have been notified by the wholesale giant that all McGregor-associated products will be delisted, including Proper Twelve whiskey and Forged Irish Stout.
A Musgrave Group spokesperson confirmed: “these products are no longer available to our store network.”

Proper Twelve has also taken steps to separate from McGregor, removing his likeness from their brand and erasing him from their social media content.
Issuing a press release, they declared: “Since 2021, Proximo Spirits has been the 100% owner of Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey. Going forward, we do not plan to use Mr McGregor’s name and likeness in the marketing of the brand” Furthermore, the company responsible for Dublin and Cork Airports has verified that any alcohol products linked to Conor McGregor are no longer available at these locations.
