Coldplay have announced their “biggest-ever” show in Ahmedabad, India, next year.
As part of their “Music Of The Spheres” World Tour, the band will be performing at the 132,000-capacity Narendra Modi Stadium, which is the largest stadium in the world, on January 25.
They will be joined by a “mystery guest” who is yet to be announced. Tickets are on sale now.
The Ahmedabad show is one of several Asia shows Coldplay will be playing next year, having previously announced shows in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Seoul and Mumbai. It will mark Coldplay’s first full-length headline touring performance in India after their 2016 appearance at Global Citizen Festival.
The band previously announced three shows to take place at Mumbai’s D Y Patil Stadium in the same week.
Later in 2025, Coldplay will head over to North America for 10 new shows in the U.S. and Canada between May and July. They will then return to the U.K. for the next leg of the tour in August and September.
Earlier this year, Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres tour was named the largest-ever rock tour by Billboard Boxscore as it surpassed $1 billion in grosses.
