Chris Brown has earned his 14th No. 1 on Billboard‘s Rhythmic Airplay chart with “Residuals.”
With the latest No. 1, Brown now ranks third on the list for the most No. 1 hits on the Rhythmic Airplay chart. He breaks a four-way tie with fellow R&B/pop superstars – Bruno Mars, The Weeknd and Usher – who each have 13 No. 1s.
Brown now trails only to Drake (39) and Rihanna (17) for the most No. 1s on Rhythmic Airplay since the chart began in 1992.
“Residuals” is a song from the deluxe edition of his eleventh studio album, 11:11, released on April 11, 2024. “Residuals” is nominated at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards for Best R&B Performance.
The single recorded a 6% gain in the November 1-7 tracking week and was the most-played song on U.S. monitored rhythmic radio stations in the tracking window, according to Luminate.
