With Black Sabbath due to once again wind down their career this summer, a new limited edition numbered pressing of the pioneering heavy metal band’s 4x multi-platinum sophomore album “Paranoid” has been announced.
This ‘high fidelity’ pressing is being issued by Rhino and will be available on March 28th. It features an AAA cut from the original stereo master tapes of the record done by Kevin Gray. The run for this album will be limited to 5,000 copies and can be pre-ordered now via Rhino.lnk.to/Paranoid.
Black Sabbath‘s farewell show with their original lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward will take place July 05th at Villa Park in Birmingham, UK and feature a cavalcade of metal & hard rock royalty. The event is intended to cap off the band’s legendary career, as well as the solo live career of Osbourne.
