Bill Belichick appears to be taking no notice of criticism surrounding his relationship with Jordon Hudson after trying to land her “six-figure jobs,” according to reports.
The 73-year-old has faced relentless backlash in recent weeks as a result of his 24-year-old girlfriend’s behavior in a recent interview, whereby she interrupted him to shut down a question regarding their relationship. It’s led many to accuse him of allowing Hudson to take control of the relationship, yet he remains determined to prove everybody wrong.
In fact, Belichick gave the biggest hint yet that he and Hudson are engaged after changing the name of his boat from “VIII Rings” to “I+VIII Rings.” It followed on from a report that claimed the former cheerleader has told “at least one person” that she is engaged to be married to him.

Now, Belichick is continuing to show his love and support for Hudson by trying to boost her career. According to Pablo Torre, who was speaking to Pro Football Talk, the NFL legend has tried to get his girlfriend “six-figure jobs on the media enterprises” that he was also working for.
Torre also noted how Hudson is actually “at the top” of Belichick’s operations, rather than merely handling “lower level stuff” like social media. “She is the CEO of Belichick Productions, even if that LLC is not actually incorporated anywhere. That’s the LinkedIn profile,” he said.
“She is his idea mill and creative muse, per the acknowledgments page of his book. She is the person that you had to deal with if you were Matt (expletive) Damon. The whole idea of, ‘No, she’s doing the lower level stuff.’ No, this is at the top.”

Earlier this week, Torre — who has been intensely invested in Belichick and Hudson’s relationship saga — threatened to take legal action against UNC should it fail to comply with his public records request.
As a public institution, it is subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and must produce public documents requested through the proper channels. But since he is yet to receive the requested emails and other documents, the TV host was open to suing the university if it failed to meet Friday’s deadline for his FOIA requests.
Torre also hunted down the owners of the Airbnb which Belichick and Hudson rented last year after viral footage captured on their Ring cam showed the veteran coach leaving the property shirtless.
Hudson, however, has used her social media platform to dismiss Torre’s recent reporting on her relationship with the serial Super Bowl winner.

“Pablo Torre’s ‘findings’ have been nothing short of factually incorrect, slanderous, defamatory and targeted,” Hudson wrote in a since-deleted post to her Instagram Story on Friday. “Can y’all please stop giving credibility to this ‘reporter’?”
The 24-year-old has since been offered the chance to settle her differences with Belichick’s ex-wife, Linda Holliday, in a boxing match amid rumors that they clashed.
According to a 2024 incident report filed by an employee at an event in Nantucket venue Dreamland, Holliday was angered by Hudson’s presence. Holliday’s twin daughters, Ashley and Kat Hess, were DJing the party and Hudson was told to leave.
